Whether you’re a casual beachgoer or a serious wave rider, we’ve got the gear to match your passion.
How do I choose the right board/fin for my needs?
Our product descriptions include detailed specifications and recommended skill levels. For personalized advice, email our team with details about your height, weight, skill level, and the type of waves you typically ride. Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, hassle-free transactions. All payments are processed through our encrypted checkout system to ensure your financial information remains protected.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions and never store your full payment details on our servers. For added security, you can choose to checkout via PayPal without sharing your card details with us directly.
Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 AUD): via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50 AUD (15-25 business days after dispatch)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally except to some remote areas in Asia and other regions where carrier services are limited. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location. If you have any concerns, feel free to email us before ordering.
How are boards packaged for shipping?
As surfers ourselves, we take extra care with board shipments. All boards are packed in protective padding and sturdy boxes specifically designed for watersports equipment. We personally inspect each package before dispatch to ensure your gear arrives in perfect riding condition.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re committed to getting your gear to you in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and handle all shipping costs in these cases.
Account & Technical Issues
How do I reset my password?
