Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to get your gear to you:
Standard Shipping (A$12.95)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Trackable service with regular updates
Free Shipping
- Available for orders over A$50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
For our international customers:
- All packages are marked with the appropriate customs declarations
- You may be responsible for customs duties or taxes in your country
- Original shipping costs cannot be refunded for international returns
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely stoked with your purchase from Fit Wetsuit Shop. If you’re not 100% satisfied, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to get things right.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Booties (worn in water)
- Foil Accessories (safety-critical equipment)
- Bolts and Bits (small hardware components)
- Any items showing signs of use or installation
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Us

- Your order number
- Details about the product you want to return
- Reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags included.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 5: Wait for Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If you chose free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
